Zenit Homes
From 1982 ...
Zenit Finanziaria Srl was founded in 1982 and has worked in real estate and property management services for nearly 40 years. Its partners have three decades' worth of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry and in 2020 decided to renovate some properties in an all-new, contemporary style and put them to work as short- to medium-term rentals. The first completed project is MyStudentHouse-Polo7, conceived mainly as high-quality accommodations for students attracted by Milan's prestigious universities, but equally suitable for small groups of tourists looking for a comfortable place to stay.
Coming soon: three apartments designed for business executives who are transferred to Milan alone or with their families for longer periods of time.
