Don’t worry about electricity, heating, water, wi-fi, or shared building expenses: it’s all included.

Maintenance is partially included: up to €200 per year for repairs at a fixed price of €50 per hour or fraction thereof (11-month leases and room repairs only). Maintenance of the common room, shared bathrooms, laundry area, and stairway is always included for issues not caused by the willful intent or negligence of residents or their guests.

Rooms are equipped with split system air conditioners that can also be used for heat.

You will find everything you need: pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and linens.

All rooms have electrical outlets and a satellite outlet so you can install your own switch box or decoder.

TVs are equipped with Google Chromecast
