Apartment maintenance is partially included: up to €200 per year for repairs at a fixed price of €50 per hour or fraction thereof. Building maintenance is always included for issues not caused by the willful intent or negligence of tenants or their guests.
All rooms are equipped with split system air conditioners that can also be used for heat. Instant hot water with gas boiler.
