Pechino

(upper level): triple

This is the largest room in the apartment. It measures almost 22.5 square meters (555×410 cm), including a 4 sqm ensuite bathroom and 3 sqm vestibule. It can be rented as a single (using the 180×200 cm sofa bed), a double (using the 90×200 bed from the desk unit), or a triple (separating the two beds that make up the convertible sofa). By day, the bed converts into a 2- to 3-seat sofa and makes room for a 45×200 cm desk. There are three 90×250 cm wardrobes with electronic safe large enough to hold a 15″ laptop; two desk chairs; a 55″ TV; and a 120x180cm shelf. 80cm door with Iseo Argo smart lock. The room comes with a 35 liter minibar. If rented as a triple, it can also be equipped with a 45×120 cm desk and a third desk chair. 

The private bathroom has a counter with built-in sink, toilet, bidet, and 70×70 cm glass wall shower. The shower has an Amphiro b1 Connect hot water consumption meter.
